Meet the Team

Chad Strickland has a passion for making all his clients’ lives better by serving them and simplifying their home journey. Chad has 27 years of construction experience, with 23 years as a home inspector, so he has seen it all. Chad’s engineering degree gives him a vast knowledge base of all types of systems in your home. His drive is to run a team that is an all-in-one inspection resource.

Chad has a beautiful wife and five great kids. He loves to be outdoors, boating, hiking, and going to the beach. Chad also loves to give back to his community through Make-A-Wish, Game Changers, and his church.

Paul Marriner is a certified and licensed home inspector with many years of diverse experience in residential building systems. He enjoys the diversity and challenges presented by the multifaceted scope of residential and commercial inspections.

Paul is an FFA-licensed drone pilot, has his SC 7A pesticide applicator license, and is an IAC2-certified mold inspector for indoor air quality. His HVAC and construction background bring knowledge and clarity to the property inspection process. In his free time, Paul enjoys playing guitar, eating out with friends, and listening to live music.

Jim Beach is a licensed Professional Engineer in South Carolina and Florida. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. He supervises all our inspectors doing commercial inspections. Jim has over 25 years of experience in road maintenance while serving in various roles with South Carolina DOT, Florida DOT, and the private sector. He has been married to his lovely wife, Gina, for over forty years. They have two daughters, one son, and four grandchildren. They like to spend their time traveling and spoiling the grands.

Jordan Gleasure is a certified inspector with several years of construction experience.   He is also NAWT-certified in septic inspections and brings a background of hands-on experience from three years in remodeling and mobile home repair. He is passionate about helping people feel confident and informed when buying a home – because the more you know, the better decisions you can make.

When he’s not crawling under houses or checking rooflines, you’ll usually find him hanging out with his wife and kids, catching live music, or chasing the next adventure.  

Shane Powell is a dedicated, super-detailed inspector. He brings Jim a fresh perspective to the inspection industry, with a diverse work history spanning construction, automotive repair, and customer service. Shane combines practical know-how with a keen eye for detail, ensuring thorough and reliable home evaluations. He thrives on the challenges of the job, constantly seeking to deepen his expertise and deliver top-notch service to clients.

A devoted family man, Shane lives with his wife and young son, with whom he loves playing catch in the backyard. In his free time, he’s either nose-deep in a good book or under “the hood” tinkering with cars, a passion that fuels his hands-on approach to life and work.

Shane’s commitment to learning, problem-solving, and building trust makes him a dependable choice for your home inspection needs.

Kendrick Allen is an inspector dedicated to doing things right. Built on a foundation of integrity and a strong work ethic, he approaches every inspection with the same care he would for his own home. For Kendrick, the greatest reward is providing clients with peace of mind.

A three-time football state champion, he brings the same discipline, teamwork, and drive for excellence to his work. Every home is inspected with the precision and care of a true professional.

Outside of his career, Kendrick enjoys spending time with his fiancée, riding dirt bikes, and tackling hands-on projects, from mechanical work to DIY tasks.

Ethan Beck is the Client Care Coordinator for Streamline. Ethan prides himself on being the first point of contact for anyone looking for assistance on their home journey. Ethan brings a wealth of experience, with well over a decade in the customer service industry and more than five years specifically as a customer service representative within the Home Maintenance Industry. He genuinely enjoys helping people find the right solutions for their property. He is committed to providing service that people will be eager to recommend.

Ethan was born and raised in Lexington County and holds that and the surrounding areas close to his heart. He is a graduate of White Knoll High School. In his free time, he and his wife enjoy exploring the City of Columbia, visiting local parks, and spending time with their friends and family pursuing their various hobbies.
